If you were lucky (can I say that?) to be alive during the 90s, then you might have heard of the wonderful movie Teen Witch. Released in 1989, this film tells a story about a girl who posses magical powers on her 16th birthday. Now, there is more to it, but I’m here to share with you probably the funniest clip from the movie. This is the “famous” Top That scene. My sisters and I occasionally quote this absurd scene, even getting my mom to go around and say, “I’m hot and you’re not!”. Have fun watching this funny scene! I decided to add it to my site because it’s just too funny not to share!
